You are not alone

This game was made for Brackeys Game Jam, and the theme is "You are not alone".

I ended up having way too much fun simulating sand, water and other elements with pixels and some procedural generation sprinkled in. So I ended up with more of an interactive message than a game. 

The idea was to show how anxiety and stress pushes you to dig in and just continue digging and fighting the feeling, which makes things worse. So by letting go and stopping you can reach a new place
